Thanksgiving snow trip

Turned in my dune pass this weekend to take the family up North and cut down our first "wild "Christmas tree".
We went up and met my neighbor and his family in Showlow and drove to Springerville. Not sure but was told the elevation was 8000 plus.
I know I was huffing for air. Tons of snow and slippin and sliding in 2wd. No Rhino this trip but damn the D-max was fun.
Anyways just thought I would post some pics and the tree after we got it up last night.

I will probably get disowned by some Ninja's for saying it, but it was as fun a family trip as any of our dune runs too. Just in a diferent way, no adrenalin, just fun.

We too stayed home and well... Christmas lights have been hung around the house and I took the family to see Bolt, kind of nice to spend some family time.

That is great times, Love the tree and it must smell great also. We stayed home and put up 20,000 christmas lights. The little one got in a fight with a string of lights The other just hung out with us in the grass.
