kragen auto hid

Does anyone have any of these lights?if so do they work good, quality, long lasting, how bright ,how good is the beam? I went to my local kragen and the boys let me take a battery and one of the seven inch hid's outside at night .They look like they work well i did notice that the beam is a wide flat beam(not spot). Also curious if they are popping the ballast or the bulb after riding with them on for a while. They make them in 4 inch and seven inch i did not see the 4 inch but wondering if they are just as bright or the 7's are better.....Thanks Onbz

They work great. I sold my Pro Comp HIDs and bought those since I liked the light pattern on the Kragens. The procomps were more of a pencil beam. My brother worked with the guys at Kragen on the look and style when they did that deal. and we have had no issues on any of our toys that run them. These lights are made by the same people that make everyone elses. CHina.. the good ol chiiiiiiineeeseee.. All of the companies marketing HIDs here have been Fn us for big bucks and they have them made there for $65 or so. Nothing really different between them.

2nd place is the first loser!!

Were a whole lot faster than you think you are.

Kragen HID are the best for the $. I would say the majority of the members here run them with no problems. I have the 4"Kragen HID's and they are even in brightness as the 7"

Tons of guys in our group have them. Seem to be very reliable...and bright. Nice flood pattern.
