Smoking Rhino 700

I have a 2012 Rhino 700 that took a swim and drowned a while back. I had a steel sleeve put in the cylinder along with a new piston, rings, and top end gasket kit. It ran like a champ for about 20 hrs before it started to smoke. Within a week after I noticed the smoke, (oil smoke) it got really bad. I pulled it apart and the cylinder and piston where clean as a whistle. I put in a new set of rings and after start up it will run for approx 2 minutes before it starts to smoke again whether starting from hot or cold. Also the smoking get worse as I push the accelerator. Any ideas? I'm trying to figure out what to do next.
