Dual stock radiators

has anyone does this instead of running a high dollar alum radiator?? Would it even help to keep cooler?? Just an idea I had for my new rhino. I have an extra radiator and was thinking of using it to keep engine cooler hopefully. Sorry if this is a stupid idea, just had to ask.....

HRT knows a guy who put a 2nd stock radiator under driver seat with a fan that kicks on at about 180 degree temp. I almost did it to mine

well, if they do it, it already sounds like a cool idea. i can put it under the hood laid down above and behind the stock one with a fan. Twice the capacity of cooling couldn;t hurt anything I guess. Dunno if a second oil cooler would be a good idea or not, but I have a second one of those too!

Good idea if you could run them back to back.

yep, and it is me who did that, I run the oil coolers inline and still have the stock radiator. I run the stock side fan on the cooler and vent it out the back under the drivers seat.

I really do not see room for two radiators up front. maybe though

that is somewhat incorrect, there is is no thermo stat to kick the fan on.

I run the stock side fan to it, and added a 3" bilge fan for hot days, that i turn on manually. rhino runs nor more than 190 in 95 degree outside temps now with my 686.

mike 1fast06 did a large oil cooler under the seat with a rad. fan and a custom shroud. he runs about 150-170 at the dunes also helps blow air on his belt to keep it cooler

mikes set up is very nice and simple.
