New Rhino Pre-Runner Style Front Bumper

I'm looking for some feedback on a new front bumper I built. Good or bad. It is built from 1 3/4" .095 and 1 1/2" .095 wall steel mounted to a new style front gusset plate.

Thanks.

Turbo...Are you talking about the hoop or the horizontal bar right below the headlights?

I like the idea of mounting it to the gusset. Does it also have tabs for mounting a few lights?

I might be interested in the near future.PM me with a price when you have the final design. I could also use a rear bumper.

Looks good... but i see a few things that may be a concern. First, the front of the rhino frame is going to work like a shovel and scoop sand right into your face on fast transitions. Second, im not sure if i care for my front bumper to be directly attached to my suspension, anytime youve got to bump Turbo out of the way in pismo your putting your A-arms in jeapordy... JMO

Thanks for your feedback. I have added a front skid plate to help with the shovel/scoop thing. I also have it mounted to a front gusset plate that helps to support the front A-arm pilars. I'm not sure I like the idea of mounting a bumper to the stock locations which are also located on the front A-arm pilars. If you bump Turbo and the bumper bolts break or sheer off, your bumper will be going right into the radiator....JMO.

Thanks again for your feedback. I will work on building something to support the front A-arm pilars more.

my speed Ind's font bumper reflected light and I had to cut off the bars that where close to the lights It really sucks when just an 8th of the HIDS get reflected bake very hard to see at night but the bumper looks very nice and strong with my speed's bumper i have pushed started some buggy's and hit a few markers with no issues but the slide plat in the front needs some holes for heating reasons
