I have never seen anyone damage the inside of a rhino rear diff...they are a pretty basic piece. More than likely your clunking is coming out of the rear CV's . Is it happening when you are driving straight or just around corners?

By the way Welcome aboard

Welcome!!!!

you can get a Diff brace from the vendors here. But that probably is not the cause of the noise. I think BigJim's question is leading to your solution.

probably cv's
