Rhino rebuild!

Well, after 10 days, a lot of welding, beers, wrenching, driving, and more beers and wrenching... looks like this is it.

THANK YOU SO MUCH TERRY, for the shop and all the help, could not have pulled it off otherwise. TURBO is the man. And especially thanks as well to Jim, Jamie, Junior, Norma, Lance, Larry, Cameron, and my parents too.

We pretty much pulled off most of the teardown and rebuild in just a couple evenings after work, Friday night over a 30 pack, and Saturday. Today it got a fresh change of oil, filter, coolant, brake fluid, serviced the diffs, and fired up like a champ.

The ONLY thing that remains is that when I asked for a "complete upper uniball joint", LSR sent me only the uniball part that presses into the a-arm, and not the misalignment spacers and tapered bolt to the spindle... exactly the opposite of what I needed. We rigged a bolt with some nuts and washers temporarily through the arm to the spindle so it can move around the shop under its own power, but I should have the last parts I need on Tuesday to wrap it up.

Below is pretty much about how it went, but I put all my pics up in my gallery here: http://www.kamprats.com/photopost/sh...ry.php?cat=528. The color is pretty off in some of the pics, the frame is about the same red as the infamous "red cups", and I think looks pretty slick under there... I'll try to get some clearer and better pics of it soon...

I can't wait to go ride!!

WOW, love the color of the frame! Did you buy a gusset kit or just have one fabbed up? Makes me want to strip my down this winter and gusset the frame up like that.
