PADDLES TIRES: how many?

Dumb question time......

I'm thinkin' bout some paddles for my stock 660 after gettin' killed on the hills by Ry-ry at Pismo. I usually run in 4WD.

Any opinions on which is more efficient? I'm just bombing around, not racing....

Rear paddles/ front street tires
Rear paddles/ front smoothies
paddles all the way round

I've seen em all out there before........... Thanks!
