Everytime i engage my diff lock, the light just flashes. When i get to about 3 mhr it bogs right down... any idea's??

the brain is sensing that it is suppose to be engaged and it is not providing the correct signal to the brain (CDI)

the unit on the diff gets sticky sometimes ( and will also blow a fuse). you can remove the unit and cycle it and put it back in, a PITA to do but can be done.

you can also try on level gorund with key on and motor off to rock the rhino and try to engage again to see if you get a steady light.

make sure you are in 4wd also first
