I bought the complete system from Matt at Rugged.
I didn't like the headsets that came with it (because of my highback seats) and I was going to Pismo the next week. He brought the stuff out to pismo, met me on the beach and exchanged the headsets I had with what I wanted - talk about customer service.
Its no wonder why he's earned so many people's respect here, in the day where customer service is taking a back seat, it's nice to see a company still believe customer service is their top priority.
