I have a 08 450 and I am trying to remove the engine. I am ready to disconnect the from and rear shafts but cannot have been unsuccessful.

Anyone got any advice?

Unbolt the front diff and rotate it forward, which will pull the front drive shaft out of the motor. Unbolt motor from the motor mounts, lift slightly and pull forward to pull the splines out of the rear shaft. Don't loose the spring that will fall out, between the motor and the rear shaft.
