Noisy front drive shaft

A friend has an '09 700 rhino that has a terrible noise in front shaft at only 6-8 mph. Spped up it goes away, slow down it comes back. His dealer told him it was normal because of front diff is mounted in metal brace, while motor is mounted with rubber mounts. They told him it was harmonic. May be-i don't know. But when you pay 1000's for a rhino you won't it to be right. Has anyone heard of this, is it true, and is there a solution?

yes this has come up before.

check all diff bolts, front and rear for tightness. also, align drive shaft u-joints
from diff to motor on the front drive shaft. this helps.

I have also noticed no, to very little grease on the connecting splines, they should not be dry. dealer prep has been sketchy sometimes. this goes for no oil on the air filter also. I had one that did and the other was dry.
