Has anyone seen this Steering Rack?

Has anyone seen or heard of this steering rack?

I want to know if its worth saving 150 bucks.

Any feedback will help.

Yamaha Rhino Billet Steering Rack
$549.99
Many hours have been spent designing this new steering rack system that is pretty much bullet proof, yet is a simple bolt in upgrade.

The rack housing uses graphite impregnated bronze bushings to support the rack gear, where the factory unit just floats around, and, as well as using aircraft strength billet aluminum construction we added webs where most of the stress takes place.

This rack & pinion assembly uses the stock track rods or the (recommended) BilletKing Off-Road billet track rod/clevis kit, available in stock length and for 4" or 6" over long travel suspension.

The track rods are made from high strength 2024 aerospace aluminum. The kit comes with all grade 8 hardware, chrome molly high misalignment rod ends, chrome molly clevises and 17-4 stainless bump steer spacers. Can be used with the factory rack and uses the stock dust boots

I really don't know if it's a savings due to the fact that the tie rods are additional cost un like the gear-one's that come with boots and tie rod ends that mount to the factory ends or offer the hd tie rods foe a little additional cost.

Can't see pics, but it sounds like the F1engineering model. and I agree it is more $$ when you add in the tie rods than the Gear One from Magnum.

I dont need any tie rods so it will be a savings.

What do you think of the unit though?

Rog, what does magnum have the gear one going for?

Have to ask Dano, he had a great price for some peeps a while ago, and you can get it without tie rods, I am told.

I think the F1 unit looks strong, but they use the guts of a stock rhino. The Rackzilla from Greg at Unleashed UTV is less money and comes with tie rods, around $429 and ask for the RT discount.

Rog sent ya of course

Looks as if the track rods are an additional cost too.
