Re routing Rhino intake pipe

Any one tried to re rout their Rhino intake? I have seen a kit that takes it under the drivers seat, but you invite water at that point. Any news ?

Happy to be here!

Yea Im interested in this too! I am looking to run a 3" tube from the carb throught the doghouse and firewall and up next to the battery box, then slap and k&N on it. Im curious how that would effect power? It has to be better then the hot dusty air its getting in the doghouse.

I thought about doing this for awhile...you can go on escam and get turbo tube kits that have all the bends, fittings & clamps included, then you cut the tube to go where you need it...I dont remember anyone ever publishing dyno numbers on this change, good or bad.....but its where yamaha put it on the 08 so must not be that hard on the engine to pull it from that far....I was doing it for convience to change the air filter more(easier) but I left it alone because it makes me check the rest of the engine(oil) where its at...

If you live in Vegas and need a General Contractor...call Manning Construction @ 497-5127
