cam is off timing, or decomp pin assembly is open. pull the rocker cover and check. could have set timing chain on wrong mark

3 strikes and I'm out of ideas. I have replaced the center intake valave on my Rhino motor 3 times now. The center valve eventually makes contact with the piston and break the valve stem off OR the valve. The Valave and guides are always new and done at a machine shop. Piston and rings are new, New timing chain, New upgraded chain tensioner. Runs great around the nieghborhood. Then when I take out to ridding area the vakve breaks within 10 minutes. The timing has been checked, rechecked and triple checked. I'm at a loss. Was wondering if the pin inside the cam that contact the center valve might be the problem, and Ideas anyone ?
