Continued Axle Problems

Well guys I'm stumped.

I just dont get it, it all came out together when i broke the C Clip and the axle got spun, but now it wont go together. HELP!!

On the Inner CV it appears that the small bearing sleeve fits fine.
On the Outer CV it appears that the large bearing sleeve it should fit but it wont.

I can not get the large one to fit back in even with no balls in it just using the outter peice.

I just dont get it, it all came out together when i broke the C Clip and the axle got spun, but now it wont go together. HELP!!

I just wonder if either the sleeve or CV (inner or outer) are over heated because of it!

Did you mix the inner and outers? They are different sizes
