some opinions please

Ok, Im looking for some new tires and wheels for my 06 rhino 660. I want 14's and larger tires. I got a $100 off coupon to discount tire so probally gonna order from there as I can get a set of rims and tires shipped to my house for under $600. Im gonna go with the GBC dirt commanders. Heres my ?:

1. I want little taller tires. Should I go with 26 or 27?

2. Will 27 fit stock rhino good?

3. Will I have aproblem running 9" wide tires all around? Will a 9" tires give an 8" rim enough protection?

4. Stuck between these rims, give me some opinions. Going on a camo rhino.
Vision 159 outback, machined
liquid metal gatlin in either black or chrome
DWT diablos in machined

I want them to stand out a little thats why Im leaning on machined face. I can get the visions with 26/9 tires for UNDER $500 shipped!!!
