To those who have replaced the through shaft on a 700

what all do i need to do to pull the shaft out of the back of the engine? so far i have disconnected the front drive shaft and removed the yoke on the front. once i remove the back shaft should it slide out then or is there something in behind of the clutch holding it in place? thanks for any input.

it will slide out, you have to remove the rear diff, unless you have the motor loose now.
