A little favor from 700 owners

Okay....I changed the Stator not long ago and had to go back into the crankcase again for a little issue.
What I need is some folks with 700's to feel how hot the wiring coming out of your crankcase from the Stator get on your machine.
Mine are cooking and the Stator dealer is saying that is fine....I just can't see how they can get that smoking hot!
Also they are putting out 27 to 29 volts AC on each leg of the 3 phase stator.
They say that is okay as well.
I am just wanting to know if others are getting that hot as I don't have another Rhino to do a Arkansas Blueprint check....
Any help will be appreciated ...........thanks.

Yeah...if you check your oil your right there. The oil fill tube where it goes into the engine just aft of it. You will see some wires coming out of the crankcase through a black rubber plug. Those are your wires from the stator. They will run to two plugs to the passenger side. That's the wire bundle I want to see if it normally gets real hot on other machines. I did a little looking at my old harness and noticed no signs of high heat. The electrical tape on this newer one even came off due to the heat...thanks in advance.

Oh and the starter is on top of the crankcase. It goes into the upper portion of the crankcase just to the upper rear of your oil dip stick. If I was at home on my laptop I would post a pic......I will later.
