2009 rhino 700 questions

I recently bought a 09 rhino 700 with stock wheels and also a set of mudzillas (28") came with it! I was wondering how much speed could i get out of it if i were to change the cdi and remove the rev limiter, also would this hurt the engine at top end? I have been told that the older rhinos didn't have a rev limiter on them and went faster? Love the machine but would like more speed! Also i don't know if it is normal or not but it seems to be very loud when driving at top speed it sometimes is hard on the ears?

running 09 Rhino with Muzzy exhaust with Quiet Cores, Black Rhino Box , machined sheave,
K&N filter, Stage 2 Cam, 26" tires 62 MPH. To busy at that speed to worry about noise. Was louder around town last year , after about 3 Months Wheel bearing went bad, quieter after that!

Larger Dia. tires will typicaly make your machine slower on top speed as they are much heavier and add a much taller ratio and your stock motor just doesnt have enough hp to push the taller ratio of the larger tires, unless the machine is modified.
After you put those larger heavier tires on, you might want to look into my Mod#3 for 20% lower take off ratio, this is the lowest ratio you can go with out rubbing the CVT cover and the center seal hump is modified for the lower ratio, so it will not rub the inside of the belt like others do that try to go to this low of a ratio and not modify the seal hump area on the 700's.
