Stroker motor and clutch mods????

Hey guys....I'm helpin my step pops out with his rhino and he is going to have like a 760 or some shit ( not sure what size4r mm stroke+686 piston ). It has a pretty radical port job. ( head work looks like a port job to make power on top not bottom end) I am wondering what direction we should go with the spring and roller weights??? This will be a dunner only. I was thinking it needs lighter rollers for sure but I dont even know what to tell him on the spring. Let me know what your guys though is on the spring. Thanks a Bunch!!!

jim pretty sure that would be a 720 motor (bad ass). if you can afford it, scrap that wet clutch all together and get a dry clutch (bronco or pdm). i think it would be a waste of hp to use the stock wet clutch system.

If you want to stay with the wet clutch system go with the plugs for the wet clutch 14 gram wieghts in the sheave and silver aci spring on the secondary clutch that sould get you some good speed and power or go with the dry clutch set up you will be very happy. If you have any questions give me a call 623-434-4701

Rog, The Silver equates to white epi ( 250lb) Thats what I'm running in my 686 and LOVE it.

Thanks, B&A Thats the set up I'll start with.

Shonuff, I already went that teeeth rattlen dry clutch....I just can not compromise the noise factor. Besides this is going to be on my step pops rhino... I think the wet cluch will be suffecent for him

my friend has the pdm clutch and your right that thing is LOUD but works great. i have the bronco clutch w the cover off and i dont even know it is there. i can also run a high grade synthetic oil w no wet clutch, and i know that will really help out a 720 motor.

There is a new dry clutch that will be at the sand sport show at the gear-one booth that is not a rattle box.

I have a Bronco clutch as well, and don't notice it being overly noise - I'd take the dry clutch over wet any day!!

You race with a helmet and stuff though right? I am curious about riding in the dunes and stuff, would the Bronco clutch be to loud. i rode along side 1fast06 and his Bronco clutch didnt seem overly loud?
