rhino duals cracking headpipes?

I just want to get some info on what the people that have duals are running I am sick of cracked headers I think between 2 of us we have broke a dozen headers I have broken stock, two brothers first design and second design, lte, now barkers new system we have broken left and right headers on all systems and the barkers have now broke left 2 times and right 2 times I thought theres looked like they were going to be fine with spring joint and single muffler mount.Who is running what and how long have you had it do you race yes or no?

Most of the first dual exhaust were cracking when they first came out. Two Bros still can't seem to fix the issue. AC Racing has been running strong without any issues since day one!

How do they perform and how do they sound?I really thought that tim from barkers system would be good but I don't know what needs to be done to fix these concerns.

Im sorry but I've never heard of the Barkers System. The AC Racing performs very well but can bel loud, but can easily be quited using their Turn Down Tips.

Many Rhino Talk Members are using them.

kob from my experience you have to bolt the headers up first, then work your way back to the mufflers (you may be doing this already). some ppl do it the other way around, starting w the mufflers back to the headers, this puts alot of stress on the headers causing them to crack. btw barkers systems have always been really good, but have not seen them on a rhino yet.

Alot of this issue comes from poor mounting sytems, the exhaust needs to flex with the motor. alot of these are too rigid. AC has a good one IMO and does Ronwoods and Gibson, maybe DMC also, I have not seen the new ones.
