UTVCrap Sheave

I had time this weekend to test the UTVCrap Sheave.... I am very impressed. I have tested 4 different sheaves and until now the KMS Sheave was the best. The UTVcrap Sheave performed just as well as the KMS Sheave. Like the KMS Sheave the UTVCrap sheave comes with a spacer to allow for a little more bottom end. I really like the spacer feature. The KMS Sheave and UTVcrap Sheave are prttey equal..... I think I would choose the UTVCrap Sheave over the KMS Sheave for two reasons... The UTVcrap sheave cost less but the main reason is that I dont get the "gear change or upshift feeling" with the UTVcrap Sheave.... It is a constant increase so I know the sheave was machined properly. I bought the entire assembly from UTVcrap and it came ready to install. That made the job easy. If you are thinking about getting a UTVCrap sheave then I would not hesitate. I got my top speed back and I can hit 55mph on flat ground and I can hit 60mph on a slight down grade.....

When they machine out the grooves for the rollers they should go in a gradual steady pace..... sometimes they dont. They go deep in one spot and then you feel the rollers dropping in the hole. It wont hurt anything. My KMS Sheave did that and I ran it that way for a long time. It is just a preference......
