Sheave cleaning

How often do you need to take the Sheave assembly apart for cleaning and new grease?

I do not know what the book says if anything, But I am cleaning and regreasing mine before each riding season. Really depends on where and how you ride. In and out of water, prob more often.

I was also wondering how long you can run the belt,I was going to check it out next week. Do you use a factory replacment belt or aftermarket?
