Thumbs down help me PLEASE

i installed an epi kit in my 07 rhino and replaced the springs in internal clutch now i got a knocking sound at idle sounds nasty iv tooken it apart 4 times thinking i put somthing wrong i dont know what it is how do i make this go away its sounds like somthin is skipping has any one ever done this thanks

I would make sure one of the rollers didnt fall out of place when you put it back together......if not fire it up with the clutchs sheeve off to try and pin point it.

ya the rollers are in correctly i started it up without the sheave on and it sounds fine only until i give it gas its like rite when i give it gas and let it go just at the beginning, it gos away when it is held down but at idle it sounds like somthing is broken slipping and catching i dont know it was fine bfore i changed evrything i even tryed putting it all back to stock and it still does it (WTF)

did you put the internal springs back to stock?

check this out i figured it out what my problem was when i had the internal clutch case out the one way bearing fell out and the bearings were everywere i put sum in the wrong way so they were rolling around insted of sliding shit talk about bad crank sounded just like it if not worst put them all the rite way and the clunking sound went away "sweet" unbeleivable what a bearing can do. well thanks for you guysis help time to hit up glamis
