Exclamation carb question needle jet removal

New to Rhino Talk. Can't seem to find a thread on how to remove the needle jet from the slide. The needle holder looks like a handle. Not sure if you just pull on it or does it un screw somehow. Appreciate any help. :confused

Not sure what your elevation is, but I have found with an exhaust tip and uni filter kit the 165 DJ main and the needle in the leanest position and the big fat white washer under the clip worked best. That was 1800ft and 90 degrees. Resulted in 13s pretty much across the board on the air fuel meter. It would go richer into the 12s on long WOT runs. I leave the pilot alone and set the mixture screw about 2 turns out.
