I had and intake, duals, dynatek box, fuel controller, bored throttle body and stage 2 hotcam. The cam definitely helps but you need more fuel than the 30% the dyna box can add. I have a MSD now and am adding 48% at upper revs. I am tuning with a wideband and not guessing.
So, if you are planning on adding a cam you are going to need more fuel. If you are planning on getting a cam and then later mabye a 686 or something MSD won't be able to add enough fuel either, you might be able to add a 450 or 550 cc injector. I tried a 650 and it is too big for my setup. I couldn't take out enough fuel to get good idle. The VDI should be able to add enough fuel considering they are advertising it works with a larger injector but I haven't seen any specs yet.
