Have to brake down and buy a new belt or two actualy to play it safe...is there a brand to stay away from or are they all the same, or is there a belt that is = to the factory one that can be baught at a auto parts store for emergencies to get going again.

I just replaced my belt at 1200 miles with another OEM. I even came across someone at the back of Lizard in G with a shredded belt but they didn't want to buy my used one at replacement value.

Sucks to be them

Since this subject came up I was wondering if anyone has ran a 700 oem on a 660. I have heard the belts are more of a heavy duty set-up than the 660 belt. Does anyone have any experience with these belts or know anyone running this belt set-up????
