who sells RAIS intake?

Been reading a lot about this 2" RAIS intake but can't find it anywhere.

Home depot! It is a shop vac brush fitting that you just rip the brush off of.

I bought one before I did the cold air intake they did work OK? I think a 2" ABS fitting would work, possible you could fit a 3" fitting in the lid also?
