I assume you mean front and rear support plates where the a-arms attach to the frame? I just got these off Ebay and they bolted right up, powdercoated black, are real thick and have support for the rear differential. The plus side is they are priced two for the price of one over other manufactures. Yamaha Rhino Front & Rear Gusset Plate combo:eBay Motors (item 180376389129 end time Jul-31-09 12:50:25 PDT)

Are you talking about a diff plate, Aftermarket made of billet? HRT & Weller make them it that is what you are talking about. I have an HTR one $30 cheaper then the other one, got it on their Ebay store.
If I would have had one of these on my rhino trom the get-go I'm sure I would have never craked my cases!!!!
