running rich

My Rhino was backfiring so bad that it was blowing the carb off. my son and I took the valve cover off and discovered a stuck intake valve. We fixed the problem, and now it will only run with the choke pulled out. we took the carb apart and the o-ring on the choke seems to be alright but, it looks as if there was a rubber tip on the choke slide and it don't to appear to be so well. Are there a carb rebuild kit, or is this the way to go? any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yamaha doesn't sell "kits". here is the part number for the choke plunger assy: 5KM-1410A-00-00
If you are interested, I offer 25% off of retail on Yamaha parts. Sometimes shipping offsets the discount too much for inexpensive items.
