Raptor Head on Rhino 660

I have seen the question asked in a couple of places and the only answers seem to be that it will bolt up but the angle of the exhaust is different and you will need a custom intake. I would like to hear from someone that has actually tried or done this conversion. Some questions I have:
1. Using the Raptor carbs puts the throttle cable on the passenter side. How did you connect the throttle cable so that it pulled from the rear?
2. Using the Raptor manifolds, would the carbs clear the head?
3. If you used a custom intake, does anyone make one for sale?
4, I am guessing that you have to redo the angle of the header.
Any help would be greatly appreciated and would preferr anwers from someont that has actually done it and not just hit and misses.

the only thing I can help on is the cable, you take off the ties in front of floor board, this makes it long enough to go behind the motor, and up and over. It should reach, but it may may still tight going to the pass side.

you really will not see much gain for all the hassle.

I would recommend a ported head with + valves and an FCR 41 or Mikuni 45 carb. also a Web Cams camshaft

try benchmark performance for info and parts

The angle of the exhaust is the same. The only difference between the two are the intake ports and water outlet. The intake ports are reversed, If you are going to use the Raptor head and carbs this is not a problem. The water outlet is different but again should work fine. Get the cable figured out and let us know. I've got a built Raptor sitting next to my Rhino, might have to play around with it.
