dynatec cdi now what fuel controller

When i first got my rhino i bought a sheave and dynatec cdi it worked fine but.... I now have dmc exhaust and it doesnt run so well (backfires and sputters) I think i need a fuel controller, is there one that i can add to the dynatec?does it have to be dynatec? should i start over with another brand and get rid the old one. i also want to add a intake after i get this worked out...

Sounds like you have the carburated 660 engine? If so it might just be jetting for the new exhaust.
