Exhaust Question

I have an 07 Rhino and have had nothing but troubles with aftermarket exhausts breaking. I started with an FMF and it was a total piece of shit, welds broke and canister fell apart. Then came a White Brothers and kind of the same type of thing, I lost a weld at the header right where it bolts to the head, had it fixed and then the weld at the pipe going into the muffler cracked and broke.

I am now installing a two brothers and am wondering a couple things, when I attach the exhaust at the head is there no exhaust donut or exhaust gasket? Even with the exhaust torqued solid I still have a little movement if I turn the header, its not sloppy and wobbly just not real tight.

I just figure at this point I am missing something due to the repeated breaks on multiple systems.

Any input would be appreciated.

ya bro, you will need to install exhaust gaskets where the head pipe bolts the head. Hopefully your local Yamaha stealership will have them in stock, or maybe H-Town will. If not you'll have to order them online from like powerpartsplus.com or one of those places.
