up grade cdi box

Will the black rhino cdi box mess up my digital dash on 2006 660 rhino

The black rhino or any other aftermarket CDI will not hurt your dig. dash. It will give you more top speed though, around 6-8 more MPH.

put black rhino cdi box in

Thanks chrisf. i finally got the balls to put the black rhino cdi box in glad i did went from 39 mph to 48 mph. i'm just afraid to hold it wide open scared of blowing it up!!

Now what you want to do is change your clutch shivs and spring it will give you more mph. and at around 37-40 mph.it will shift and rpm drop.took me to 53-55mph.

I hadn't touched a clutch before this one. went to u tube step by step it took 2 hrs.changing the spring out is tricky there is a lot of pressure on that spring. results were great I can travel 50 mph. and rpm are down.

I was looking at springs and kits on line there is alot of them. what kind did you use or recomend.

I have a hard time remembering as it was a while ago the spring is orange I think I got the whole thing from Mike at unleshed utv they were very helpful. I think different colored springs shift at different rpm. I think it cost around 240. it was worth it.

You mite want to talk to Todd at hunterworks.com. he is very helpful and knows how to make your rhino run the way you want it to. His web site has alot of how to vidios on it also, they will take you step by step through the work you want to do.
