2005 660 Rhino running poorly?

Very inconsistent performance. Would start and run but randomly quits.

-Replaced OEM fuel pump with electric pump/inline filter

-Installed new Carb

After replacing these parts it started up ran idle for a couple minutes. Took off on a test run, accelerated fine and I went maybe a half mile it spit a couple of times. So I went to turn around and it stalled. It did restart but was difficult to start. When I would press the accelerator it would stall again. This probably happened 5 or 6 times while trying to turn around in the road and thats all it would do.

-Going to try another cold start and test run.

Kinda wondering if there isn't something getting out of whack once it starts warming up.

Any trouble shooting help would be great.

Thanks

what is the flow of your pump?

I have an electric pump but use only for starting, I found that the pump if more than 1.5 to 3 psi would foam in the bowel and piss out the the over flow. I wiried direct to the posative side of the starter so I only used it for starting. I did this to overcome the vapour locking.

I tried .5 to 2 lbs while attempting to start but never did seem to make much difference. Probably going to check valve clearance next. Read some post where this causes problems with starting and running.
