Upper half doors that fit Yamaha factory doors.
Last winter I made some half doors that slide into the factory Yamaha doors for cold weather riding. The frames are solid 1/2" rod with plexiglass bolted to them. By no means are these the perfect solution but they worked very well. I kind of slapped them together in a weekend before a cold weather ride. They are all tig welded. I have PRP seats now so these doors wouldn't fit with the overhang of the PRP's. One of the windows is cracked so you would have to make a new one.
The problems these have are.
1. They tend to flex the plastic doors a bit.
2. You have to remove your factory latches so you can get out from the inside. I welded a piece of tubing to the roll cage tube and one to the frame. Then slide a pin through them to hold the doors shut.
As I said, they are not perfect but they do their job. Make me an offer as I have no idea what they would be worth. I'd rather see somebody use them than just sit in my garage.
