Is 1 3/4 .120 wall 4130 Cro. Mo to much for a Stock Rhino???

Yes I think it is.

.095 DOM is plenty and you do not need to be a welding God to make a decent cage out of it like Chrome Molly.

Im thinking the samething, but im worried about the WEIGHT of the 1 3/4 .120 wall tubing.

if you go chromoly you can do .o95 and it is lighter and safer than dom, .120 chromoly is for trophy trucks and class 1 buggies.

It's just that i have 60 feet from my Bronco, that I haven't used and I was thinking about it. I think the 1 3/4 .120 wall is for PreRunners, 2in is for the big boys.

true but 1 3/4 is the min for score legal, if you got it lying around, run it!!!

when you go to put the fittings on you will find out that it is too thick.

And way too heavy for a rhino IMO.
