Strenghten front end suspension?

I have a good long travel kit. Tore the "A" arms out of the bracket this weekend. Anyone have any ideas? I am going to need to get these welded, but thought while the patient is open, might as well do it right?

Just get the weld in gusset kit... UTVcrap sells it for under a 100$

I would recommend HRT Motorsports' gusset kit. Their kit is for the front and rear. It is a complete kit, but doesn't have any unnecessary extra brackets or gussets. I think it is about $65.
You can reach them at:

I would def suggest you install a gusset kit since your already in there.... several vendors offer them.

Or you can do the Bolt on gusset plates... no welding necessary... contact Jimmyzz at BYC Motorsports, or Greg at Unleashed UTV here on the forum for pricing.

front or rear pivots?? or Both.

I have LSR and like them, but there is no strength to the other half of the pivot points with any bolt on gussetts I have seen so far. those need to be welded on for any rhino, for the fronts. front of the rear arm pivots a bolt on is available

BYC good price for bolt on kit, or a full gussett kit from HRT, either is well worth it.
