Question MTS Gusseting ?'s

I'm leaning towards a Mid Travel Kit so I can still throw my Rhino it the back of my truck. Which one I go with will be a whole different thread. Spending some time at the Proshop I have seen quite a few rhinos tearing the A-Arm's out of the stock frame mounts. They have been various Long Travel Kits that did not have any reinforcement. I know the +6 arms put a lot of force on the the frame mounts when landing on awkward angles and I'm trying to avoid frame damage.

Would you need to Gusset for an MTS & Gusset stock spindles or would that be an overkill & a waste of money?

Anything you can do to improve reliability and durability is worth it in my opinion. do it!

"No," she said, "it's just regular porn, you sick bastard."

no gusset the frame!!! IMO i did and i am glad i did it. I have the weld in gussets, but now seeing trail logics kit, i like it too. he makes quality stuff, and it's typical beefier than other manufacturers out there.
think of it this way if you already out driving the stock suspension, you will be more inclined to do so with some sweet suspension, so theres your answer. lol

Mush, thanks for the props. Our stuff is made to bolt on which is great for trail machines. We have found that most owners dont have the tools or desire to weld to stuff to thier machines. If anyones Rhino is expected to see race conditions they can be welded on. We'll even send them raw if thats what the customer wants.

One of the most comon spots to pull an arm out is the forward rear a-arm mount. The stock mounts are thin, probably about a 14 ga steel. We also have these new gussets available for 07 and older machines with the 08/09 version coming soon. They are just $58 a pair. The same therory here, bolt them on or weld them in place for race aplications

before i welded in my gussets i did some minor damage to the front arm mounts with a MTS. I beat on mind now and have had no problems. I say its a must do.

Do you have this kit out for the 2008 yet? I don't see this on your web site at all.
