whats your pre-load ride height set at bottom of skid plate front and rear, i set mine at 10.5"rear and 11.5" front, then 0 out the other adjustments and play with them by feel, but you need pre-load right to start.

If you call up I-Shock they have/had great support.
I called them after i bought mine.
Here are my notes.

HydroDynamics USA, Inc. : Home of the iShock™

One week turn around for shocks sent in.

Shock controls all adjusters

 Turning clockwise: stiffens / slows

 Turning counter clockwise : softens/ speeds

Top of shock:

 Brass screw = Low speed damper (controls shaft velocity) Slow rolling terrain.

 Blue Nut = High speed damper (controls shaft velocity) Big whoops and air.

Bottom of shock:

 Brass screw = rebound control
(how quick shock recovers from compression)

Spring Lengths and rates:
Rear springs: The rear shocks come stock with: 375 rating.
Spring rates available for the rears are: 400 and 425.
9.25 inches = Resting length of rear springs
8.50 inches = Max preload length of spring

Front springs: 220 spring rating - no optional front spring rates available at this time
11.40 inches = Resting length of springs
10.25 inches = Max preload length of spring

Nobody is perfect, I am a perfect example
