Afco/sdr long travel kit

I'm starting this thread to keep you all updated on the progress of the Makin' Trax Suspension/SDR Motorsports LT package. We have hung the suspension kit on the James Hill's Super Stock Rhino. We are using a six inch stroke shock on the front onto stock mounts it cycles at just over 14". We are using a 7" stroke shock on the rear off of a modified upper mount which cycles at 16". The SDR (Mason) Kit is a proven setup. It installs easily with no hickups.

Testing: Makin' Trax Suspension will do the initial test to verify valving and spring rates early this week. Then is is off to the BITD Vegas to Reno desert race for the true endurance acid test. The shocks are a proven consistant performer in the Super Stock Classes and are know for maintaining consistancy while taking a beating. The arm kit is also a proven performer. We look forward to positive results.

If your looking for or considering a Long Travel Kit that is hassle free and bolt on ready, 500 miles from now the SDR/AFCO kits will be available.

Makin' Trax Suspension wishes James and Johnny best of luck and a smooth trouble free ride to Reno.

What is it that makes you feel your car now sucks in the sand vs. before King set it up in Barstow? Did it work good in the sand before the Barstow setup? I assume you ride mostly in the sand, correct?

To answer your question, If I was going out to set a guys car up, and he mostly went to Glamis, well we would do the test in Glamis not Barstow. Also I would clearly explain that he would not like the desert with his Glamis setup.
