Another question.... Are Golf Cart batteries the same as RV 6 volts batteries??

The reason i ask is they are cheaper at COSTCO, versus the RV dealer. Also what about a warranty? Is 12 months the standard?? Just wanting to get the right stuff the first time. Thanks

Anyone using 2, 6 volt batteries?? I have 2 optima blue tops but are thinking about changing over. What are your experience's with the 6 volts??
I have two in series for my 38 ft 5th Wheel for 12V. Because of the higher lead content they hold a charge a lot longer then conventional 12 V marine batteries.
My 500 watt stereo system and lights would drain my two 31 series every day.

Now I can go a day and a half without turning the generator on.:yahoo:

Yes, Don't pay the RV dealer extra money just because he thinks his are better when they are not.

Call Greg at Unleashed, maybe his auto repair business (Greg Clark auto repair) can get them for you.

just a thought.
