ok, so I picked up a stock 07 660 rhino. Came with a CDI already and thats it. I like taking it to Glamis and the hardpacked dez as well. Looking for the basic bolt on performance upgrades I can get under a budget that will not be a waste of money or time. If I gain like a 1/16th of a horsepower by doing something little to it, then its not worth it for me, but if the combination of a few things will be noticeable, then I'm in!!!!

What intake/ filter setup is best bang for my buck??

how bout exhaust mod with stock muffler? maybe bail the guts and get new tip?? (just trying to keep cheap and reliable for the ol lady and kid to drive it)

duners kit?? what difference does it actually make???? I really think I want to do something inexpensive with clutch. This might be one of best upgrades???

carb reworked???? worth it??? who does it?? (looking for reliable here)

anthything else I'm missing? I have paddles for rear for sand. Just want to spend a day boltimg on decnt noticeable upgrades. Thanks a million guys!!!

what up christian?

If you aren't going to do a aftermarket exhaust, just leave the stocker alone.
what paddles do you have? get some smoothies for the front.
duners kit is worth it.
same with the carb, if not a fcr, leave stock, just rejet.

duners kit helps hold the rpms higher when climbing, along with the sheave to allow the rollers to roll farther out for more topend.

I say do cluch spring kit you notice more power .Look online for dual exhaust I did but new out of the question.
I bought from a close friend he did a cdi upgrade so not sure if it did anything really. I have a extra if interested. Cannot see a card reworked does much as never done that myself. I been buying aftermarket carbs for my garden tractor and weed Wacker there very cheap like 50,00 so that may be the way to go as a rebuild kit cost more then a new carb from amazon. Never buy cdi aftermarket as there junk. I seen most friends who tried well do not last long.
For the price of a carb you cannot go wrong and everyone I done always started right up.
Run decent gas you will notice that for sure.
I not sure what else to try but can tell you the big bore kits break them alive with a decent cam but that money unless you able to do your self.
Not sure what else but it late on I not very smart at this time Lol If you want any more idea right me back I ask my son he big into that stuff I older now so I not into big power any more really. Man did I really write that wow life must be ending soon but am into rods now much more comfortable I built up a little sonoma same as S10 but put in2013 vette motor and tranny now that fun but cannot keep tires on it and 50 series in Canada well are a rip. Use to live in Az wow I miss it at this time of year as it cold here already. I hate snow and well use the rhino mostly to do snow removal as live in rural so have to own 4x4 just to get out of my few aceas.Time to park the sonoma as soon as snow comes and had a wee bit the other morning yechie
Have fun enjoy the rhino by the way they do not sink I thought they wood and here were close to the rocky mountains well a huge muskeg for a good km I thought I was done well there float almost and it was a great day when I didnt have to never stop in the huge muskeg areas as lots and water.
also always carry a water bottle to clean mud out of the rads as that will smoke a engine better fast and one has to learn that very fast.
Well hope I help a bit but bud enjoy it there a one lung engine a work horse really but are great well built motors you want real power big bore kit it does turn them on so much better.
Cheers
