They are suspension seats, They mount to the seat bases , I don't have lo-pro bases but you can get them from Mike at Unleashed UTV, Im located in La Mirada about 5 miles from Knotts Berry Farm.

I just talked to Bordhead which has PRP's in his Rhino. He said they are about the same.
