my drivers seat latch busted after i latched the seat down with my harness under the seat. (Dohh) any tricks to get it out so i can change them. Are the billets worth the $$ or replace with OEM. We need some site vendors here come on guys..

One I worked with we wrestled for about 20 minutes trying to use a screwdriver on what was left of the lever. We finelly took two screw drivers and pryed up on each side of the latch housing until it poped off. Of course the rest of the lever was junk but the housing was still good. It got replaced with a billet lever...as did the other side. I just got a pair to relace my stockers. Knock wood, they have been fine for 1 1/2 years. I would not replace with the stock plastic ones.

I've got a bad one to, I just take a small screwdriver and pry the thing off.
When I replace it, I;m going billet.

hey I just broke my passenger handle... POS. Not a big deal because I don't need under that seat unless I'm washing it but it still sux.

Same as max...one bad one here for the last year, I just use a screw driver and pry it.

I used a stiff piece of wire and bent a little hook on the end. Take a look at the good one to see how it works so you know what to grab with your hook tool.
