Hey there everyone, just thought I would throw this out there for anyone interested.

We will be up in Munds Park on the 4th of July for the UTV parade and then doing a ride to Mormon Lake via the backroad.

If anyone is interested, you are more than welcome to join us.

Munds Park is right off I17 approx 20 miles south of Flag.

I will be in Cinders for the 4th we should try to have a beer, I think we might be going to the utv parade as well, I'll be there from the 3rd-6th:yahoo:
I dont have a street legal rhino will I be able to drive around a lil bit up there or is there a temporary moving plate or something I can get????

Actually being out of state I am not sure how that works.

As for the parade, I am not sure you will have any problem joining everyone.

I have just been informed that fire restrictions have just been put in place today. I will get some additional information for everyone, but from what I have been told, no charcoal use, no fires, no smoking outside a vehicle except for in designated areas.

Slight change of plans. We are going to swing into Heber for a night and visit Mom, then try to come out on Saturday/Sunday to hang out. Dont know if it is worth bringing the RV, might just be in the Jeep.

I will let you know next week. We usually are on the FR about 4-5 miles east of the lodge.

Geocaching - The Official Global GPS Cache Hunt Site is a good start. Basically download a file of waypoints(caches), load 'em to your GPS and drive around finding them. Most are camoed in ammo cans in the forest. PM me if you want a GPX file to get you started. Oh, and go to the dollar store to get the swag to trade.

We have only been up there on the rhino 2 times, so I am not real familiar with all the FS roads up there. We will probably be staying on Morman Lake rd out of Munds park, since I am not sure where else to go.
