O9 Rhino Sport Edition Crank no start

I have an o9 Rhino 700 FI, Sat for about 2 years. I am not getting the series of clicks that I used to when turning the key on. I have charged battery without removing it from the machine, I understand this can take out the Dudu dash because I now have a flashing E. I have flushed the bad gas from tank and replaced fuel pump. I can get it to run on carb cleaning sprayed directly into throttle body. Could the dash be part of the no start?
