I have a buddy with a Rhino 700 side by side, not sure what year, but I know it is prior to 2014. My issue is, we picked up his side by side and brought it back to have it serviced. He decided not to have it done, so ask me if I could change the oil. I said of course. Well, this Rhino does not have a drain plug in the bottom, nor is the filter on the side of the engine. The filter is low in the back of the engine, almost as if it is the drain plug. I am really perplexed. I do not know if this is a replacement motor, but I don't think so.. He is out of service, so I can't contact him to be able to ask anything about it. I have googled every possible combination of this, and get nothing. Anyone know anything about this issue?
Thanks in advance, I appreciate any help......

My 660 has a oil plug at the bottom. Do not even have to take skid plate off so I think yamaha could never screw up so badly.
You can buy a little pump that connects to a drill. You can use a small, hose and suck it out from the dipstick would be the easiest. I bet harbor frieght sell them cheap. sure a life saver sometimes when you just cannot get at some locations of other stuff. Good luck bud.
Try looking on you tube bet someone has video a oil change on a 2014!!!!
