Hello everyone. New to the group.
Bought my 2nd Rhino. 2008 660. Love it.
here's the issue that just started...
Sometimes it takes 5-6 turns of the key and turning the motor over to start.
It runs absolutely fine once it's running.
Replaced fuel filter. Still does it
Opened gas tank. Still does it.
it will eventually start but there definitely is an issue.
Had a mechanic look at it and they said it's the stator. Isn't that like the alternator? All the stator does is charge the battery - correct?
please advise as the bride isn't too happy with her hunting SXS isn't starting on the 1st key turn.
